Kanbina’s AI-powered finance service is designed for rapid deployment and fast benefits. The 3-step implementation gets you live in just 4 weeks. 

At the contract stage Kanbina will present a technical implementation plan. We will also work with you to it dentify any customisations if required. Customisations are a high value part of the Kanbina offer as they allow benefits to be maximised.  The implementation has 3 stages.

  • Single Sign On integration – the client has full control of users  

  • ERP configuration – our deep integration enables a wide variety of AI services  

  • Mailbox(s) setup – robust connection to incoming emails and documents

 Week 2–4: User Acceptance Testing

  • We align the user interface to your finance processes and systems, ensuring it's intuitive and ready for your team. 

  • User are onboarded, trained, and begin testing. This User Acceptance Testing phase is guided by your team’s pace and availability.

Go Live 

 

  • Transition to live with a detailed cut over plan

  • Full Teams-based support 

  • 4 weeks of super support to ensure success

  • Optionally use Kanbina benefits service to assure transformation
